Dr. Svetlana Gomer and her team always provide excellent dental care and follow up. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. My second, third, and fourth visit were like my first. The same attention to detail. I'm also impressed with their passion to stay up to date with the latest technologies to explore the alignment with one's overall health -- including the latest research and developments in addressing sleep apnea in children and adults. It's cutting edge and I'm fascinated to learn more.

I had no idea that you could have a gentle, pleasant, and pain free dental visit. I thought pulling cheeks, getting banged w instruments, and discomfort was a common natural occurrence at any dentist. Amber was so gentle I didn't even know she started the cleaning. Instead of clenching my fists and eyes and jerking around, I was relaxed and way less anxious , and I think I even fell asleep for a second. The communication and level of explanations was beyond excellent. I've never felt more comfortable and treated so kindly, and they took there time with everything. Amber was so polite and her patience and sweetness is over the top excellent. The doctor was also very efficient and excellent and explained things very well and was very nice. Being greeted by Trevor with a big smile and eager to please was amazing. He took extra time to help explain the financial part and seemed like he cared about me understanding. I am so glad I found this place and highly recommend this dentist. There knowledge and advanced treatment and latest technology left me feeling like I was in wonderful hands, and so relieved I no longer have to endure painful cleanings. Thank you to the staff and doctors for making this a pleasant , pain free, and much better experience for me.

I am happy to flash a giant smile to everyone I meet ! Last year I came to MGS with an entire mouth in need of work . It was bad ,real bad and I knew my only real long term solution was to have them all removed. The entire staff listened to me and paid attention to all of my concerns and phobias, never once making me feel bad from neglect. All of them made me feel good about my decision and worked with me through insurance and final price knowing it would take me 6 months to be ready. I suffer with severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist so I always need sedation(which they offer) but this time I did not need it! They were great about squeezing me in before they left on vacation and even fixed 2 of my teeth even though I only had enough money to pay for one 🙂 I explained how I am in my best friends wedding next week so they wanted me to feel better about my smile… Absolutely fantastic dentist appointment today! The staff was exceptional, the service was top-notch, and my teeth feel amazing! Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to MGS for a few years now and I recently got a treatment called “Bioclear” which is basically a procedure that closes gaps in your teeth and can also fix imperfections. I haven’t felt so confident in my smile and I highly recommend this place especially if you’re considering veneers of the sort or bonding. I saw Dr. Svetlana Gomer and she does amazing everytime I see her. Again I would highly recommend this place for any dentistry you may need.

Dr. Gomer, kindly took me on as a patient in order to repair a broken screw on my dental implant that I had done in a distant state. He was very thorough and helped me to understand how to keep my implants clean, which had never been explained to me. I have a severe phobia of anything around my mouth and neck that makes me feel like I won't be able to breatheor feel constrained, and he and his staff were very considerate and non-judgemental. Everyone was very kind and friendly, the space was immaculate and I'm happy I have found a dentist who cares about people!

I had a horrible tooth ache that kept me up all night, I called Dr. Gomer's office and they took me right away, first thing in the morning. Exceptional service, far less pain than I thought, and the doctors went out of their way to explain the situation, make me feel comfortable and I was in and out in under 30 minutes.

Incredibly professional and very good at what they do. Very high standards. I got a dental implant here that I am very happy with. I also had a wisdom tooth removed here and the procedure was very quick and essentially painless.

Six years ago I wrote the review listed below. I'm adding a new review simply because I feel compelled to say that six years later we feel even more respect, admiration, confidence, trust and love for our dentists, Mikail and Svetlana Gomer. They run one of the finest small health care practices that we've ever dealt with, and one of the most serene and calming medical offices we've ever been in. That tone of peace and calm, set by the Doctors Gomer, is also the nature and practice of every member of their caring and professional staff. Collectively, MGS takes care of us in a way that one seldom experiences in today's hurried medical environment. Thank you MGS for so many good years! I never knew it was possible to love your dentist -- until I saw Dr. Gomer on my first appointment with MGS Dental!! My family and I have had many dentists (military--moved a lot), but I have never been so warmly welcomed (entire staff, starting with my first phone contact), so tenderly cared for (most gentle hygienist ever), or felt that my oral and overall health was actually as important to my dentist as to me. Dr. Gomer's doctor-patient communication skills are superb. She's sensitive, empathic and patient, and takes the time to fully and clearly explain what she's doing, what if any concerns she has and why, what options exist for the patient, and what they can expect. On my first visit, during a very thorough exam, she addressed my concern regarding the damaged surface of a tooth and corrected the problem (beautifully!!) during that very same visit. She also brought to my attention the paramount need for work on two teeth that I could lose because they are cracked. (Why these issues had not been addressed by my former dentist during my regular six month visits is baffling.) Her office staff is incredibly gracious and helpful, and timely with scheduling. I was truly impressed to find all costs stated up front, to include a determination of exactly what my insurance will cover and what my co-pay will be. That certainly beats billing and waiting. I had gone to my appointment with no small amount of concern. It was just a routine visit, but we were switching from a practice we'd used for 25 years and change is hard. We don't fear dentists (though it's not our favorite activity), but we were switching because we no longer felt our welfare was of any concern to our practice except for the fees we paid. I did a great deal of research before selecting a new practice ( friends & associates, on-line reviews, calling offices & asking good questions), and MGS came out at the top on all queries. Location and cost were also considerations, but here again MGS came out at the top. After just one visit, I fully understand why, Dr. Gomer and her entire staff are absolutely wonderful. It's an additional bonus that Dr. Gomer is holistic in approach, that the office is pleasant and relaxing (soothing, even), and parking is easily accessible.

I went in for dental cleaning and check up. The dentist cleaned my teeth just fine but when I asked about a cavity on a teeth in the back; she said they couldn't see it based on the small rectangular x ray images. At my previous dental place, they always take 6 of those rectangular x-ray images. These guys only did 4... Next they recommended a 3D x ray that isn't covered by insurance. I said no, and there was some awkwardness that followed. Then they said to do 2D x ray since it's covered by insurance and then schedule a consultation to discuss the result. Right after doing the 2D x ray, the image was uploaded almost immediately. I asked the dentist to take a look and let me know about the cavity and she said I need to wait for her husband to take a look. She's also a dentist, I don't know why she couldn't just tell me if she sees a cavity or not.

I have been visiting MGS Dental for the last two years. Both Dr. Svetlana and Gomer and Dr. Mikhail Gomer treated me. In addition to the regular hygiene appointments, I was also treated with the Bioclear procedure, dental implants, bone grafts, and sinus lifting procedure. Dr. Mikhail Gomer is a very good surgeon, all of the procedures went very well and I was able to recover quickly. Both doctors are very professional and very caring. The office staff and assistants are all very helpful and very friendly.

Does quality work. They are concerned how you are doing and feeling. Call you a few days later to check on pain. I would highly recommend them.

Called MGS when I broke a tooth while visiting on vacation. Trevor at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and they got me in same day and worked with me to provide treatment before I had to continue on. Dr. Gomer (M) can come across as a little gruff, but he really knows his stuff.

Drs Svetlana & Michael are not only very skilled professionals but compassionate about their patient’s individual needs and treatment plans. After a severe concussion 8 years ago left me with sensitivity to vibration I dreaded any dental work. The Drs and their staff have found ways to even clean my teeth without the migraine inducing vibration. Thank you 🙂 🙂

Svetlana is a very attentive professional. She treats my 6 cavities in two visits. They weren't easy for me. But there was no pain and a lot of care from her and staff. Also I have a cleaning visit. I think it was the most thorough cleaning in my life 🙂

I have been coming to MGS dental since earlier this fall (2016) and I've loved it! The facility is really pleasant, , clean, and tastefully decorated, but more importantly, everyone is caring, helpful, and polite. These are valuable qualities and somewhat rare among the dental practices i've been to before. I've had a tooth removed and some fillings, and the dentist and dental hygienists do a great job telling me exactly what some procedure entails instead of leaving me in the dark. Wonderful experience overall!!! Now, several years later, I would also add that Dr. and Dr. Gomer have stuck to their mission of teaching oral hygiene skills- after eight years with their practice, my teeth are in great condition compared to how I started!

My 6 years old daughter had panic attacks at 3 other dental office we've been to. Last place told us we needed to put her to sleep in order to take care of two cavities. We came to MSG as per our friends recommendation. Since very first meeting, Svetlana made my daughter to feel comfortable and trusty. Today, after 3 visits, everything is taken care of and my daughter smiles when I remind her about scareness she had. Michael and Svetlana are great professionals and very pleasant people.
